Wishing to eplore Chi Kung? Every Tuesday Adam will hold a Zoom class from 6-7 pm. The cost per class is £10.00. To access the Zoom class you will need to contact Adam prior to the class whereupon he will forward you the Zoom access link.

December 4th Developing the principles of Yi Chuan and Zhan Zhuang (standing pole) Chi Kung and associated exercises whilst December 5th is developing your Shiatsu practice with the principles of awareness linking into the exercises learnt on December 4th. PCD points and certificate of attendance are available upon completion of the day course.
