Adam is also an active member of the assessment pool for the Shiatsu Society (UK.)

Fully insured Adam is a registered practitioner and teacher with the Shiatsu Society (UK) and is available for both treatments and tutorials in Shiatsu, Tuina and Chi Kung.

Tuina is a form of therapeutic massage originating from China.

The treatment is given following the same diagnostic principles as acupuncture and as such the practitioner will look at how the client generates stores and circulates their energy as a result of taking into account all the various factors which may affect a person's life. Shiatsu- How can it help you?

Shiatsu is a form of non-invasive holistic bodywork therapy, which comes from Japan with its roots based in Chinese medicine. Shiatsu principles incorporate healthcare, philosophy and self-development and relate these to the principles of Yin and Yang. (Potential for balance)
